2019 Books I’ve read so far on Health & Fitness.

We all want to be fit & healthy. However, the majority of the people don't have any clue about what it takes to reach that stage. The primary reason for this big confusion is lots & lots of false information & too much data all around the internet. If you just Google — Fitness diet, then you will end up with thousands of various types of diets. This is where the real frustration begins for a human being, they face- Analysis Paralysis, which is a condition where a person gets stagnant due to overanalyzing too much of options in hand.

I was also a victim of this when I was going through my transformational journey last year. However then I started doing research, buying all the fitness books possible from the Top icons of fitness experts from all around the world. After going through tons of eBooks, audiobooks, paperbacks, videos, talking with experts, etc. for at least 8 months in a row.

A wonderful thing started happening, during this process of my in-depth research, I started to find a simple pattern that all the Top fitness experts follow religiously. And each of them says the same thing in just different ways in their own style.
Think of it like this way —Suppose, You make a list of 10 friends who are close to you, and you visit each of their houses respectively to drink a simple cup of tea. And each & every time you will get a different taste of tea, though the ingredients in them are exactly the same in each of your friend’s houses.

My Transformation Journey

So, here is The Simple Cheat-Sheet for a Daily Healthy Diet —

  1. Consuming 3–4 seasonal fresh fruits daily.
  2. Eating Salad every day.
  3. Limited carbohydrates in daily foods.
  4. Daily consumption of fresh vegetables.
  5. Intake of lean protein- chicken, fish, etc.
  6. Staying Away from 2 White Poisons — Salt & Sugar. Sometimes they do use it but in very less quantity.
  7. Drinking 2.5–3 liters of freshwater daily.

They Religiously Love to Stay AWAY From —

  1. Alcohol
  2. Soda or carbonated soft drinks.
  3. Smoking
  4. Packaged Fruit juices, because they are filled with preservatives that are bad for health.
  5. Fast foods.
  6. Recreational Drugs.
  7. Staying away from processed carbs.
  8. Late night parties.
