  1. Maintaining an ideal temperature between 18–25 Degree Celcius.I sleep better at 22^C. Try finding yours & note it down.
  2. No use of Electronics 1 hour before bed.
  3. Having a ready comfortable bed with cotton sheets.
  4. Getting a 15–20 minutes walk after dinner before going for sleep.
  1. Don't watch Mind Stimulating clips like Porn, adventure, thriller type videos.
  2. Dont go to sleep thinking about problems in life.

Instead, write down an 1 page short essay type Ideal life, you want to have & read it aloud couple of times with a nice slow background music. Visualize as if you are already living that life.

If you do it religiously every night consistently for 2–3 months. You will surely see miraculous things started happening with you for the better.
