This blog is very close to my heart because I’ve walked the path after so many failures,
body shaming from friends & relatives, low confidence, inferiority complex. I got it all.
During 2016, I was at 58 kgs, age 24. Then with the correct applications of Step by step routine & principles, I’ve attained a bodyweight of 72kgs within 1 year of full gym workout. The year,2018–2019, I gained almost 14 kgs.
If I start going to all bits & tips its going to take 200 pages. But long story short, the Principles of Bulking which I followed are the building blocks for any people looking to gain weight.
The Principles of Bulking —
- You gotta lift heavy, 10–12 rep range, 3–4 sets each exercise.
- Getting Proper 7–8 hours of daily night's sleep.
- Eating more proteins & carbs with some fats. You should not stay hungry for a longer period of time.
- Going to Gym 3- 4 days/week.
On rest days, I did simple cardio like — fast walking, jogging & sprinting for 30 minutes maximum.
Supplements that I used for Bulking —
- Whey Protein
- Creatine Monohydrate
- Fish Oil
- Multi-Vitamins.
Bulking season — November to March.
