In this modern world of personal development, all most in all social medias, everyone is preaching about —
- being positive all the time,

Because, by nature all this habits are good, but this habits are people centric according to their current environment. For a college student its easy to get 8 hours of sleep, workout. However for a busy professional its not suitable at the same order.
