Simple 10 Ways to Increase Body Immunity —
- Waking up early every morning within 5am — 6 am .
- Doing a minimum of 30mins regular workout. Maximum of 1 hour 30 mins workout.
- Getting proper 7–8 hours of daily nights sleep.
- Eating fresh vegetables, fruits & salad daily.
