Simple 10 Ways to Increase Body Immunity —

  1. Waking up early every morning within 5am — 6 am .
  2. Doing a minimum of 30mins regular workout. Maximum of 1 hour 30 mins workout.
  3. Getting proper 7–8 hours of daily nights sleep.
  4. Eating fresh vegetables, fruits & salad daily.
  5. Doing HIIT exercises for at least 3–4 times per week, for a maximum time of 20 mins.
