What you’ll learn in this article: The simple 3 step process to stay fit and healthy.

This post is dedicated to all the Strong Girls, who never give up on their dreams and desires, no matter what the society thinks about them. They are always working to improve themselves.

According to the Oxford Dictionary the real meaning behind these 2 words, Healthy & Fit is given below :

Healthy — the state of mental and physical well being.

Fit — Having a proper or in good physical condition.

Everyone wants to be fit and healthy nowadays. But the big problem starts when someone starts searching the actual pathway to becoming fit and healthy over the internet. After a few minutes of search, they get all overwhelmed by the sheer size of billions of data and information from all the gurus and masters.

It happened with me also when I was starting out in this area of being fit and healthy 3–4 years back. That time I was very lean, underweight, negative confidence about my own self used to feel inferior and depressed most of the time.

And it used to get more bad when I used to compare myself with the model bodybuilders on Instagram and fitness magazines. I felt like am drowning on a huge pool of worthless but important data which doesn't help me to go anywhere. Because there was no step by step guide which can literally hold my hand and take me through the right exact process.

And after changing 4 gyms in a row and lots of instructors. I finally figured out the ultimate solution. It's so simple that it can be followed by anyone, doesn't matter whether you are a boy or a girl. It is applicable to all.

Before you start to see optimal results with your training, you have to actually take the initiative to hit the gym or start running for at least twice a week then build up from there. Initiative and consistency is a big game-changer in this world of fitness. Imagine brushing your teeth, we don't brush our teeth just a few times a week, but we do it regularly for better dental and heart health. Similarly taking bath regularly keeps our body fresh and clean.

Maintaining proper health and fitness is a regular thing, after lots of trials and errors I’ve found that the best time for working out is early morning or evening. Working out at night after 9 pm can make us face difficulty with sound sleep because the brain is flooded with a chemical called dopamine. And it's a sleep inhibitor.

The exact 3 step process which I’ve followed religiously to have my own transformation and many of my friends successfully, is given below —

  1. Doing regular Workout — early morning for an hour. I started with 15 minutes exercising 3 days a week and then increased it to 1 hour every day. You can start by brisk walking and then add on to it.
  2. Having proper 7–8 hours of peaceful sleep at night. I switch my mobile to flight mode after 10 pm and cut out any types of mobile activities. Because the blue light that emits from the mobile screen decreases melatonin formation in our brain which is a sleep-inducing hormone. Too much of mobile use ruin sleep quality.
  3. Taking proper balanced diet regularly. And cutting all junk foods, sugar, flour products, packaged juices & foods because it contains food preservatives that are bad for health. Drinking 3lts water on a daily basis, It increases our body metabolism and makes us function well.

By following these Simple 3 steps, helped me to win a Gym Championship, I wish this will help you with your own personal transformation. Keep doing the work and within 90 days you can see the drastic change within yourself.
