Everyone wants to have a fit & sexy body. But very few have it. The main reason behind this result is not something magical or God-Given Grace. It's simply a lack of knowledge & COMMITMENT. And today’s blog will be addressing this age-old issue and provide an easy simple solution to this problem.

6- Real Primary Reasons Why You DON’T Exercise —

  1. You have NOT made a DECISION yet — First, you have to make a simple straight decision of committing to a fixed daily routine of working out daily. No Decisions = Same old feeling of the world passing by. And you will be feeling like a spectator in a huge crowd.
  2. No Plan for the Daily Workout — You have to make a list of 5–6 simple exercises that you will be doing every day.
  3. You Don't know your WHY — If you can become crystal clear about what you want your ideal body to be like, then it becomes easier to start. But better, You should have a goal of an active healthy lifestyle up till your last breath of life. The Bigger the WHY, quicker will be your progress.
  4. No Accountability Partner — For getting a good result, you must have someone at your back to push you, when you don't feel like exercising or getting up from the bed. You can pay a good friend of yours, to pay you back each day, after you finish working out. It a very funny trick but works EVERY Single Time.
  5. You Don't KNOW how to Start — 90 % of the people who come to my gym for the first time, they always start heavy and do an hour-long workout. And guess what happens next ?! — They don't come to the gym for the next 3–4 days for body pain and fear of going through that hard routine again. I myself also did that during my initial years.
  6. Too much of Girl/Boy shopping over the internet — Many of the guys I see, before going to sleep at night they either constantly chat with their bfs/gfs/friends or maybe they keep on scrolling hot girls/hot boys before dozing to sleep. This way they never get proper sleep at night and wake up groggy. And feel their energy has been simply wiped away. And they don't work out as a result naturally.

The best thing you can do is to be completely free from any electronic mobile devices 1hour before you sleep at night.

Whatever, you want to do, do it earlier. And trust me, You will wake up more energized the next day.

So a piece of advice, for you — when you start working out, do it for 15 minutes every day for 7 days, then add another 15 minutes and then increase it gradually. Until you hit the 1-hour mark. And always start with easy exercises.

This is my workout plan for my morning exercise routine. Though I mix & match sometimes with other forms of workout like- swimming, Sprinting, HIIT, etc.

I encourage you to make a simple list like mine, for making the workout easier. Because this way you don't have to think of what will be your next exercise will be.
