  1. IDENTIFY — What will distract you. What are the blocks/distractions that need to be removed, so that you can move forward easily. If the TARGET/Goal is — Exciting & Important enough, the distractions will be easier to remove.
  2. FOCUS on doing the next right thing, not everything. If you concentrate on the final stage, you will get overwhelmed & think that Goal is too far away. Build up a simple system & follow it diligently every day.
