  1. Clearly define your Goals & Targets — It's impossible to be Focused unless you have a clearly defined goal/purpose. Take time to figure out exactly what is that you want to achieve. It's one of the hardest things to do. But it's doable when you are calm & sitting down with a pen & diary. The moment you do it, everything becomes easier.
  2. IDENTIFY — What will distract you. What are the blocks/distractions that need to be removed, so that you can move forward easily. If the TARGET/Goal is — Exciting & Important enough, the distractions will be easier to remove.
  3. FOCUS on doing the next right thing, not everything. If you concentrate on the final stage, you will get overwhelmed & think that Goal is too far away. Build up a simple system & follow it diligently every day.
